Contractor field mobility solutions and client asset management systems traditionally run autonomously of one another which creates a lag in information transfer and in turn a knowledge gap between what is happening in the field and what the client sees in their system making it difficult for the client to give their customers the most up to date information.

The Solution:

New Plumbing Solutions designed a solution to integrate its field mobility solution direct with their client asset management system through the use of API’s which allowed the live transfer data including start & finish times, log notes, specifications and media.

The Outcome:

The client has full visibility of field work through their own system empowering them with the information they need to deal with any customer queries confidently and on the spot.  Having live information also gives them transparency when verifying work orders and peace of mind that they are getting value for money.
